Childhood Obesity

One of the saddest sights to see is a child that is overweight. It is proven that overweight children mature differently physically and psychologically. Overweight children tend to stay overweight throughout their lives, which puts them in more danger for health problems later in life.

How do we break the cycle? We need to learn how to encourage our children to lead healthier lives. Help them to be active outside and not sit inside playing video games. Part of helping our children succeed in life is helping them be happy and healthy.

Doctors have put together information into an e-book they are calling "Childhood Obesity: How to Prevent It, How to Deal with It". This e-book can help parents learn how to encourage their children to be active. It can also help parents learn how to change their children's eating habits.
